With experience across a variety of speech and language disorders, she provides thoughtful, evidence-based therapy tailored to each patient’s goals. Katie is known for her compassionate approach, strong clinical skills, and ability to build meaningful connections with those she serves.

Jessie is the provider certified in Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES), allowing Rural Rehab Services to offer advanced swallow assessments that directly visualize the swallowing process. Additionally, Jessie is trained in AmpCare, ESP (Effective Swallowing Protocol) to treat swallowing deficits. These advanced approaches allow for precise assessment and targeted treatment planning, supporting safe, efficient, and comfortable eating and drinking for individuals with swallowing disorders.

Katie brings specialized certification in the LSVT LOUD® program, a research-based treatment designed primarily for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. Through this program, she helps patients improve vocal loudness, clarity, and overall communication, supporting greater confidence and participation in daily life.

Both therapists share a passion for working with children and adults with speech and language disorders, recognizing how communication challenges can affect all aspects of life. Treatment may include development of expressive and receptive language skills, cognitive-communication support, and the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) when appropriate.

Jessie and Katie are both licensed in Nebraska and Colorado and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), reflecting their commitment to professional excellence and ongoing clinical growth.
